Greer Visual Comfort Plans, South Carolina, Distribution Center

Visual Comfort & Co., the premier designer lighting, architectural lighting and ceiling fan resource, will establish distribution operations in Greer, SC. The $62 million project is expected to create 125 jobs over the next five years in Spartanburg County.

Located in the Smith Farms Industrial Park, the new facility is expected to open in January 2023.

As an incentive, the Coordinating Council for Economic Development approved a $300,000 grant to Spartanburg County to help defray building improvement costs.

Since 1987, Visual Comfort & Co. has been the premier resource for branded designer lighting.
